2009 Entries

Corrections/Changes will be re-posted once each day by 6 p.m.

CORRECTIONS - Please email cindys@osaa.org at the OSAA. Phone changes will not be taken. NOTE: Corrections made after 8 a.m. on Monday, February 16 will not appear in the souvenir program.

DROP-OUT POLICY - Any individual who has qualified for more than one event may drop from any of these events and remain in any other for which the individual has qualified, if the District Meet Director notifies the OSAA office prior to 4 p.m. on Monday, February 16. Any qualifier who drops out of an event after 4 p.m. on Monday, February 16 is completely out of the state championships.

SUBSTITUTIONS - Substitutions will be permitted when the regular qualifier is unable to participate. The next place district winner is first eligible as a substitute when replacing a district champion. Such substitutions must be made through the District Meet Director to the OSAA office prior to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, February 17 for 6A and 4A/3A/2A/1A schools and prior to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, February 18 for 5A schools. Changes desired after this time will not be permitted.

RELAYS - In relay events, eight individuals may be listed as entries, any four may compete. It counts as an event only for the four who compete. NOTE: If less than eight names appear in the relay entry list, no additions or substitutions may be made after the official close of entries on Monday, February 16 at 4 p.m. It is not necessary to use the same four swimmers in the finals that competed in the preliminaries.
