SUBSTITUTIONS - Substitutions must be made through the District Meet Director to Brad Garrett (503-682-6722 x229) at the OSAA office prior to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24 for 6A-5A-4A schools and prior to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25 for 3A and 2A/1A schools. NOTE: A one point team penalty shall be assessed to any team failing to bring a participant who has qualified through the District Meet to the state championships, unless that participant was replaced prior to the substitution deadline. This penalty applies to each participant failing to appear at the state championships.
