Online Ticket Policy and Procedures

By purchasing tickets to OSAA championship events online, you agree to adhere to the following policies and procedures.

Purchasing Tickets
Tickets are generally available two weeks prior to an event. Fans can purchase tickets online 24 hours a day, seven days a week at www.osaa.org/tickets/.

Payment
Online tickets may be purchased with a Visa or MasterCard.

Handling Fee
There is a $3.00 handling fee that accompanies all ticket orders. The fee covers the entire order not each ticket. This fee is reflected as a "shipping charge" on the PayPal order form. Orders will not be mailed. Tickets will be available for pick-up at the event Will Call window.

Deadlines
Please pay attention to OSAA ticket deadlines when ordering. These deadlines are enforced and can affect an order by reduction in quantity ordered or fulfillment of requests.

Refunds
All tickets should be treated like cash. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event order, i.e., quantity and type of ticket.

Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation email from PayPal) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm whether or not your order has been placed. If you have any questions or concerns about your order please contact us at tickets@osaa.org.

Will Call
All tickets will be available at Will Call, at least one hour prior to the event start time, on the first day of the event. Tickets will only be released to the ticket holder of record at the event. You will need to present photo identification and your PayPal receipt at Will Call to claim tickets.

Mailing (Applies to 6A-5A Boys Basketball State Championships ONLY)

1. All orders will be available at Will Call.
   • We will have specific Will Call Window information for Mac Court in the online Spectator Information. The Spectator Information will be posted on our website, www.osaa.org by early February.
   • For those of you who are in the Portland-Metro area you can pick up your tickets from February 25 through March 7 – at the OSAA office - 25200 SW Parkway Avenue, Suite 1, Wilsonville from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
   OR
2. For an extra charge of $8, we will send your tickets UPS Ground. UPS Ground delivery includes tracking and proof of delivery.
3. For security purposes, we can only ship tickets to the billing address on file with the credit card company that is used for your purchase.
4. The OSAA is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, or not delivered in time for the event.
5. Tickets placed at Will Call will be available at least one hour prior to the event start time, on the first day of the event. Tickets will only be released to the ticket holder of record at the event. You will need to present photo identification at Will Call to claim tickets.
